Recognizing that sales function is increasingly important to the success of any organization, this specialized program provides the knowledge and skills which allow for students to develop the sales and marketing effectiveness required to work in today’s global economy.

Program Objectives
To develop in the students the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to become qualified salespersons; to communicate effectively with customers and to advise them; to acquire sales techniques; to market products and to integrate harmoniously into a retail business.Components of the Program

Admission Requirements
- Hold a Secondary School diploma or its recognized equivalent;
OR - To be 16 years of age on September 30 of the school year in which their training is to begin and have earned the Secondary IV credits in language of instruction, second language and mathematics (MATH 416);
OR - Have earned those same credits at Secondary III level and continue general courses to obtain the Secondary IV credits while pursuing General Education courses;
OR - Be at least 18 years of age and have the functional prerequisites.
